I kinda like the fact that it was Danny's dumb arse bringing dragons north of the Wall (and Jon's dumb arse going up there so she had to go rescue him) that allowed the NK to breach the Wall and put all of 7 kingdoms at risk.

Dany dying is as 100% to me as Jaime killing Cersei is. It's essential to properly end their arcs

Euron is def going to invade King's Landing with the gold company
Cersei will end up mad in the ruins of Casterly Rock

didn't the Hound see the Wall falling in that fire? how did he not see the Dragon?

I think all he saw was their battle north of the wall

I am beginning to somewhat doubt that Jaime kills Cersei on the show.... That's just cruel and unusual for him to kill her and his own child in a single act. And there's no chance that kid is born beforehand due to the prophesy. Cersei will only have 3 children.

Put me in the camp that thinks she's bullshitting about the baby in order to keep Jaime close

Yeah, but Jon has already died... Makes me think his time will be up when the war is won. Was he brought back just to play a part in the destruction of WW, NK, and AotD? I hope not.

The Golden Company loathe the Targaryens as a family. They took a meal from Viserys and then spat in his face and laughed at him. They were all in as Blackfyres. They're mostly Westerosi exiles and if Cersei gives them a place to stay, then I don't think they'd have any problem fighting Jon or Dany.
I can see Cersei sending the Golden Company to attack Jon and Dany while in a fight with the NK, and they say frick this and join the fight for the living.

I hope that's the case.

Not sure what happens with him. I'm fairly certain the monarchic system is destroyed at the end though. Dragon melts the throne into molten scrap metal as a symbolic transition to a new age.

A couple of episodes ago, a Maester in the citidal recalled a prophecy of Lodos in jest. The prophecy stated that the Drowned God would kill Aegon. All the surrounding Maesters got a good laugh out of it, which is what initially drew my attention to it.
Anyway, Euron declared himself to be the Drowned God the first time he was on screen, when he threw Balon off the rope bridge. And now we have another Aegon Targaryen in play in the previously named Jon Snow.
I thought that was some definite foreshadowing as well but that would be such a bitch way for Jon to go out I just can't see it happening. If he dies, he dies in the Battle for the Dawn. I'm still holding out hope Euron is packing the dragonhorn or something because that's really the only way to make him an interesting human villain now.

The show just makes it up as they go. Show Cersei has had 4 kids. The first died as an infant due to a fever.
Oh shite, you're right. Major contradiction in the show since it did make clear that she would only have 3 children in the prophesy scene.

the show had a flash back where Cersei was told that the king would have 20 children and she would have 3 by the witch woman

But the show itself has contradicted that. She gave birth to a son that shortly died afterwards: LINK

Great episode!
- The whole beginning scenes in King's Landing at the Dragon Pit were so intense. I just knew something awful was going to happen.
- Was happy to see LF finally get what has been coming to him. It was very satisfying. I just wish the squabble between Arya and Sansa was more believable or at least if we were let in on their plans.
- FINALLY! Jaime finally wisened up and gave Cersei the proverbialal finger. Was a little nervous for him as I thought the mountain was about to end him.
- Can you say #boatsex at the same time we are reminded that Jon is fricking his aunt? Guess what? Don't care. Had sex.
- Knew the wall was coming down and it was pretty obvious how given how last episode ended. It also didn't disappoint though. Nice scene to end the season.
Can't believe we have to wait 1.5 years for a new (and final) season.
