So... Jaime's path now. I thought he was dead for a minute there.

Does Bronn join him? He better, or he's dead.

No way Bronn is sticking around with Cersei. He already knows that bitch be crazy.

I would assume him, Jaime & the majority of the Lannister troops head North.

Bran saying "He loved her, and she loved him"... yes talking about Rheagar & Lyanna... but the camera is looking into Jon & Dany's eyes as he says it

n the books, there is a prophesy of a lion betraying Dany. I would not be surprised if Tyrion betrays Dany for Jon.

Yeah cersi. She made a deal and is going back on it.

I mean it's sad this was even needed to be broken down

Bronn has said he's surprisingly quick.

Back when he was somewhat resembling Gregor Clegane and not wearing a hundred pounds of armor, yes, Bronn once said this about someone who was indeed quick enough to knock Oberyn on his arse.

Tyrion already planted that seed.

I'm thinking Bron will unfortunately die a noble death.

And Tyrion gave him an out, but he still turned it down; and that was after seeing the dragon at work. I don't know if he's getting a case of the big head in KL, with the "Ser Bronn" bit.

Jaime was setting plans, but Cersei cut him off and told him it would be treason if he left.

He left alone.

Probably smart that he left without delay, as Cersei might not have had the stomach to kill him in front of her, but likely could have sent someone to finish the job.
Qyburn wouldn't hesitate... although I did think he was a bit taken by the zombie. Almost makes me wonder if he will question her next season.

Short answer, I don't know if Bronn knows the score, and that would be bad news if he hung around.

That Theon scene was basically unwatchable. Repeatedly kneeing him in the dick but he has no dick is like Adam Sandler level bad. Cannot believe they thought that was a good idea.

Speaking of Qyburn, did anyone else LOL when he got up and was so intrigued by the Wight? Thought he was considering making love to it.

for 7 seasons... there's been a few constants in the opening credits

Kings Landing, Winterfell, and The Wall

does The Wall remain in the opening credits (now with a giant hole by Eastwatch by the Sea) for Season 8? Or is it replaced?

Why Tyrion had a troubled look. It lined up with the Bran's narrated line, "we need to tell him." So I'm thinking that Tyrion was on his way to tell Dany what the scroll sent to them said

Cersei mentioned that Euron was bringing the Golden Company to her side, could they turn against her, considering that the Golden Company was founded by a Targaryen bastard?

The Golden Company loathe the Targaryens as a family. They took a meal from Viserys and then spat in his face and laughed at him. They were all in as Blackfyres. They're mostly Westerosi exiles and if Cersei gives them a place to stay, then I don't think they'd have any problem fighting Jon or Dany.

That's all good in theory, but then you have to take into account what their reaction is to the army of the Night King.

I mean, I could easily see Euron doing exactly what he said in the parley- frick this, I'm out.

Golden Company coming over from Essos to attack the Northern defense from behind, as though it's a standard conflict and betrayal... that makes no sense. Not once they see what's happening.

I think Cersei is going nuts, and nobody is going to go with her schemes, when push comes to shove. She's whining about her family name, when she's facing the apocalypse. What the frick does she think she's going to rule?

Good in theory, but they're already on the boat. Raven text doesn't work that way, I'm guessing.

The show also had a scene in Season 1 where Cersei talks about her child that died shortly after birth of a fever.

Maybe I'm mistaken but I thought that one was the only kid she had that was actually Robert's. If that's the case then I don't see it as a mistake on the writers part but rather a nod to her not giving a frick about kids that didn't spawn from Jamie.

Yea, for person as calculating as she is her constant stomach tapping seems to be something she wouldn't do unless she had ulterior motives. There was no reason for her to do that w/Tyrion unless she was using his love and remorse for her dead kids to get him to let his guard down.

I think I may have figured out the Cersei children thing...

from the GoT Wiki

quote:

Maggy tasted a drop of her blood and revealed to Cersei she wouldn't marry "the Prince" but "the King", and while the king would have twenty children, she would bear only three children who will wear golden crowns as well as golden shrouds.

so she could give birth to more... but 3 would wear the crown

ETA: which I then guess would mean there's still 1 more spawn from Cersei's cooch that has to wear the crown... and die

Which means if the child is going to wear a golden crown, then Cersei is going to have to die next season, and then the child will die.

Cersei not drinking any wine when Tyrion poured it and not killing Jaime (beside other reasons) is pretty tell-tale that she is pregnant and not faking it (beyond all of the other obvious evidence).
