I actually had this typed in my original post but took it out because there are some AWESOME death scenes in television and film (A certain character in Breaking Bad comes to mind) but I have to agree. That was one of the best.

I hope the Arya payoff is significant because she's literally been wasted the last two seasons and her narrative has been barely advanced. I hope it all comes to head with this last mark. I for one think she bolts on the faceless god and goes out on her own.

And trudat to whoever it was saying how boring Arya's shite is now. It's the same exact shite over and over now, and never seems to change much, if at all. And it sucks too because she was by far one of my favorite parts of the show 2/3 years ago when it was her and the Hound running around Westeros.
Something tells me she will end up becoming a "faceless man" but then later reclaim herself as Arya Stark.

The wife and I were saying this exact same thing last night.
Arya traveled with Yoran and the night's watch, had some of the best dialogue scenes with Tywin in Harrenhall, chilled with the Brotherhood w/o Banners, and of course had some of the most entertaining scenes in the entire show with the hound, but now she is merely a punching bag with the same repetitive crap over and over. I thought after killing Ser Meryn Trant she would at least become a full blown bad-arse, but not so much....
