I called them pulling an Omar with Olly playing a key part 2-3 weeks ago. The whole thing was telegraphed as frick.
Sam will never get killed because he represents GRRM in this world. Fat, nerdy, 40 year old virgin. He also serves to move the story along and fill in the blanks with information, almost like a narrator, without having to spell it out point blank.
And what about Reek and Sansa, did they just plunge to their death? Guess that was better than being flayed, but an awfully long story arc for the two of them to end in a double suicide.
Also, no conclusion to the Tyrells who are still prisoners.
Finally an appearance by the fricking FrankenMountain...even if it was all of 30 seconds.
Hardhomme still by far the best episode of the season.
Oysters, clams and cockles..
Stabbings, poisons, and suicides.
At least if the red witch revives Jon Snow, he now has an out from the NW without breaking his oath.

It was laughably bad work.
If Fast and Furious 7 was a 10, this was a 1.
ETA: This post is about the CGI. I was watching on an 80-inch TV, and Cersei's face bouncing around on the head and body of some 25 year old body double was distracting.
