I think it's based on the supposed father, not the location of birth. I can't remember where Jon is said by Ned to have been born, but I don't think it was in the North.
This is true. Jon was supposed to be born in the South if the lie is true, and even further down south is R+L=J is true.
It goes by where the father is from if highborn bastard, and where the baby lives if lowborn bastard.

I'm sorry, but that would be so fricking lame if Brienne killed Stannis. Stannis doesn't deserve the clean death Brienne would provide. Stannis is damned for what he did to his daughter. Stannis is not only a kinslayer twice over (debatably 3 times), but he did the ultimate act of kinslaying. Can anyone point out anywhere in the mythos of the show or books that has an act of kinslaying even being close to this atrocious? Stannis deserves something much worse than Brienne.

If that's the case, why is Mya called Mya Stone?

nope, if The Hound would've died from The Mountain than yes, but he didn't.
It seems everyone believes he dies at some point, so who does it and how?
Flayed? He'll probably somehow be burned to death just like Shireen

Dany sees a vision of a king with bright blue eyes and a glowing red sword. I think Stannis in essence will have whatever small trace of humanity is in him ripped from him by the Others, and then turned into the new Night's King. I think in the final battle with the Others, Jon Snow will kill Stannis with his new Lightbringer (which I think will be Oathkeeper) and definitively defeat the Others. It's a nice reflection of the Battle of the Trident, plus it adds to the symbolism of the title; Jon is of Ice and Fire, and Stannis is as well.

Interesting but not shocked. The only thing that shocks me is that D&D are really pushing to catch up with the books when there is a lot of story they could tell and still be behind the books.

I clicked it too. If I hadn't read it and stumbled upon that I'd wreck serious shite

Also just a heads up, supposed summaries of the episode are starting to come out on reddit/4chan. No idea how legit any of them are but if you dont want every detail of the episode spoiled for you be wary.
