I think a bigger question would be whether eunuchs would even make good solders at all. I think they are more likely to be like Lord Varys - kind of rotund and not physically imposing.

Maybe something about the way they castrate the unsullied leaves them able to be physically imposing as soldiers but can also leave a sex drive in some instances which is maybe what is happening to Grey Worm.

About the spoiler talk a few posts up - the Hodor thread is money today. Even Coco getting called out for reading this thread and posting in there. (Said he doesn't read it unless by "accident" or something like that though).

How do you pee after that? is there still a hole? Feel like a cut like that would seal over.

Someone posted an article with a doctor talking about Theon in either an episode thread or the crackpot thread a couple weeks ago. He said there would still be some urethra hanging out after getting cut.

He also said that if they left the stones he'd still have a sex drive so it'd would probably be better to take everything since he wouldn't be able to don anything about it, which is why I think the Unsullied have their stones.
