have a feeling she will end up saving him from Mance Rayder or Tormund Giantsbane...she'll be faced with an either/or type of thing and will choose to save Jon Snow. Tormund already sort of alluded to that when he mentioned that she's surgical with her bow and arrow, yet she hit JS three times and (intentionally) didn't kill him. She cares about him still.

Jon ain't killin home girl. She might sacrifice herself or have someone else kill her in battle but it will in no way be Jon. He couldn't do it when she was a stranger he definitely won't do it when he's in love with her. Unless there's some kind of situation where he has to mercy kill her. Like Osha to that Maester in season2.

Regarding the preview for next week's episode, Lysa tells Littlefinger "What wife would do for you the things I've done for you?". What do y'all think that means? Maybe she was involved with the poisoning?
