There is such such a stark contrast between certain non-readers. Let's not forget that most of the non-readers aren't very attentive, inquisitive or thoughtful. You can be a non-reader who has listened to podcast, read the histories of Westeros and looked at all the maps provided by the spoiler free Interactive Guide. The fact is most of the posters are a bunch of Hodors so it really stands out when someone is an educated non-reader.

Dany wrecking shite and Mormont dying wasn't that farfetched. I think nearly everone assumed the first, the second wasn't guessed as much but was a very plausible assumption.

They mentioned it more than once. Plus, you can tell Dany has a severe disdain for slavery. Having a slave army would not have been acceptable to her.
I'm sorry if I seem smug or arrogant, but I really am good at this. It has gotten me in trouble more than it has gotten me out of it, though.
I do know more than I should because of spoilers I've heard in a couple of different places (I know what happens but now how or why), but I avoid those topics when they are discussed.
