ETA: I just re-watched part of Season 2, Ep.10 "Valar Morghulis", and they did not make Loras part of the KG in the little ceremony. They only talked about wedding Marg to Joff. He was part of Renly's KG, but that doesn't count.
He didn't ask for it when Joffrey asked what he wanted as a reward? Its tough to keep the show and books entirely separate.

Nope. When asked, Loras immediately spoke about how his maiden sister no longer had a marriage match. No mention of Loras to the KG anywhere in that scene.

It's really not a story-breaker but it's a good feel-good/character-development story.
This. So far, Sam's just been a coward that Jon's been nice to. Non-readers aren't going to like him if he continues to be completely useless.

They have to show the dragonglass vs the others right?
Do they?

Now that you mention it that way... they really do need to make it happen because it's going to give Jon enough of a reason to have faith in Sam to send him off.

His determination to save Gilly and the baby was far more heroic than the dragonglass in the other
It should do

He killed a White Walker, without having to burn it. That was pretty damned heroic. While I agree his determination is praise-worthy, it's not nearly enough to legitimize him among the surviving crows and still be credible to viewers. If they just went with saving Gilly and the baby, it would be akin to jumping the shark on this level of writing.

Theon realizing he made the wrong choice was a borderline tear-jerker for me. Well acted and written scene. And soon he will almost forget his name.
You have to remember your name.

But he's still a huge pussy in the books after killing the white walker. No need to misleadingly convey him as a bad arse on the show
He's made a few noble decisions already and will make more to come, that's the strength of his character

Just finished the episode, awesome.
The Theon part was great, yea you made the wrong choice dick bag, go get skinned some more.
Also, the Dany part was just as awesome in the show as the books. I wish she stayed that bad arse

I think they're just drawing that conclusion from his conversation with Cersei at the time and his demeanor as he pressed the seal on the letter. I didn't pick up on it myself at first, but it seems to make sense.

"My real father lost his head at King's Landing"
Damn he did that part well.
Sam the Slayer - helps establish what the glass they found last season can be used for. Not that it's been used for that since, but since they bothered finding it, may as well use it. Makes Sam a bit more likable so people can sit through the rest of his scenes too.
Grey Worm - next episode looked like one unsullied stood out from the rest. Might be him?
The spoiler post in the "you know nothing" thread - That was almost directly how it was said in the show wasn't it? "Robb Stark dies, Sansa is the key". If he's a non-reader, could be he's thinking of it as it was said without paying much mind to it. Wish he didn't though and hoping Bard's arguing will distract them from it.

Oh I assumed they caught a word or something on the paper. I was going to re-watch it to see.

Let us know if you see something, that's just my guess.
