Me and the wife just binge watched all 40 episodes of GOT over the course of like 2 weeks. Every time an episode ended, I wanted to watch another one. I haven't watched a show like that in my life. The writing was incredible. I was obsessed.. But now that it's done, what next?

We're in the middle of Orange ITNB season 2, and it's meh. I've watched season 1 of Dexter and while a good show, didn't pull me in like Game of Thrones. Watched most of Breaking Bad, and even that wasn't as reeling. Up to date on Mad Men and House of Cards, and watched Lost...

we have Netflix and HBO Go. Out of everything available, is there anything that would keep us into it like that one.

Finish Breaking Bad. Then finish Orange is The New Black. Then watch True Detective. Finish by thanking me.

Nope. Nothing out there that I know of where a fat man says frick you to the people that made him a popular and wealthy writer.

Breaking Bad is the closest to it in terms of being enthralling in my opinion. I'd go back and finish BB if I was you. Breaking Bad does continuously get better and goes out on a high note.

There is truly nothing like GoT. It's great, and you and your wife should read the books in between now and when S5 starts.

I loved binge watching The Americans, and I have just started Penny Dreadful which I have found deliciously fun so far- great summer fare with an incredible turn by the actor playing Victpr Frankenstein.

The Returned (Les Revenants)

Breaking Bad is my favorite show ever...but season one of The Returned is as good or better than any season of any show I have seen. If you and your wife give it a chance, like me, you will be very anxious for the start of Season 2. Twin Peaks, Sherlock, and Luther are binge worthy as well. All are on Netflix.

Shoulda mentioned: we're up to date on True Detective and The Americans. Maybe finishing Breaking Bad is where we should go to.

Man. That damn Game of Thrones though. Holy shite. Unbelievable.

I'm rewatching GoTs right now. Picking up so much stuff that I missed the first go around, especially in the first season before I was really really hooked

Little finger just fricked Ned Stark. Hard. He went in dry

Deadwood maybe? Interesting characters, plenty of t & a, violence, etc. Western backdrop with Timothy Olyphant.
