re: Exodus to Texas

Any time a state government cuts taxes to entice businesses to relocate or open within their border, it's a great decision. Maybe our federal government will take a hint, but as long as we have democrats, we'll never really make any headway as a country.

Well that's just horseshite.
OP is some kind of mouth breather. You love a shitfest in Gravity, yet find one of the top 10 films of the 90's to be meh.

How is life on the suck list?
I'm about to rustle some jimmies with this statement but truths are truths and this is a truth:

Hans Zimmer's score for Man of Steel is better than John Williams' Superman score in every single way.

It's funny because your anectadoctal evidence does not even remotely line up with mine so you must be full of shite. No other explanation.

No. But the 97% on RT, the 96/100 on MC, the "A" CinemaScore, and the awards and accolades it won over the course of its life do.

Rotten Tomatoes has been wrong numerous times. Hell they are wrong more than they are right. And what does their opinion have to do with the fact that most people thought the film was mediocre at best.

You knight really damn hard for this movie bruh. Your last name Cuaron?
Han Zimmer is the far superior composer. Just look at how diverse his portfolio is. Driving Miss Daisy, The Lion King, The Dark Knight, POTC, and The Thin Red Line. Those 5 movies have only one thing in common. Hans Zimmer.
I see that Belicheat is still up to his count ways. That guy is the most overrated coach in NFL history.

re: Possible Tinder Rape...in BR

Tinder would be the people to contact if the messages are sent via their program. No idea if they are stored or not. Seems like if she were raped, she would have defense marks. Even if he did tell her to take a shower and get all of his fingerprints and what not off, it wouldn't change the fact that we know he was over. If he touched her shorts, we know his fingerprints are on them.

So much shady shite here. I hate that this guy's name is out there. I'm of the belief that you don't put a person's name out there from a case unless they are convicted. This guy isn't a Fortune 500 CEO. He's not in public service. This matter should have been conducted privately. If he were guilty, then yeah, put it out there. Until then, his privacy should be of the utmost importance as well.

I thought it was pretty enjoyable. Could have been a little longer, but I loved the subtle dig at the abortion of a film that came out earlier this year and the self-dig at the film's original title.

I saw it in 3d and I thought it was worth it.
How can redskins be offensive when the people being called redskins gave themselves that moniker. It's be like black people calling the term African-American offensive when they came up with it.

Idiots today have no sense of history.
I think they are a lot better than their competitor, they just have to grow the brand name. Too many people hear fox sports and immediately think sports on fox rather than it being it's own network. CBS sports and nbc sports suffer the same problem.
For everyone's information, the problems with the Superman Lives script were not Kevin Smith's nor Tim Burton's doing. They were producer Jon Peters doing. He would only finance the movie on certain condition. He wanted a battle with a giant spider, fight polar bears, superman could not be shown flying, the suit had to be changed from red and blue to black ASAP because he felt the classic look was "too faggy" and that Brainiac needed to look roughly like the Mars attack aliens and have a cute space dog that resembled Chewbecca.

fricking Hollywood people with money. Btw, the giant spider idea was recycled into another movie he produced: Wild Wild West.
Love is easily a top 10 player, damn near a top 5 player, but for Cleveland, I'd keep what you have. If you take Love, yeah you'd probably make the Finals at least one if not 2 or three of the next 3 seasons, but what happens if you run into that Heat situation where you don't have the flexibility to improve?

They really don't need another shooter/scorer, especially not if Ray Allen signs.

They have Kyrie and LeBron who can drop over 20-25 a night. Waiters can get you 15-18. Miller can stretch the floor for you. Tristan Thompson is a solid double double guy down low. Bennett showed some flashes last year when he was healthy and playing. That team will have plenty of offense. What they need is defense. Wiggins by all accounts will be at least a good defender. So even if he doesn't improve one iota from now through the next 5 years, you'll still have a guy who can be your Ronnie Brewer/Thabo from a couple years back who can play 20-30 minutes of high quality defense while scoring a smidge here and there.

I'd stand pat if I were the Cavs. Go ahead and get Allen in, grab another decent big or 2 who can rebound well and clog the lane for 20-25 a night. Also get another point who can provide some high energy and quality defense off the bench. The Cavs have 11 players on the roster right now. Pick up those 4, stay healthy, and they'll at least see Chicago in the ECF.

That's if my Hornet let them. :pimp:

Really excited for this year's game. They have upped their game so much in the last 2 years to the point where gameplay is so much better than in the past. They've really gotten to the point where the graphics look just about as good as they are going to get so they are putting much more of an emphasis on gameplay improvements. In the last people kept saying that they want better gameplay yet when you'd read all of the comments and complaints on ea sports, 90% of them were about the graphics and player accessories and the other window dressing.

Their top priority every year should be gameplay, then presentation, then graphics and such. And like I said, we are pretty much at the graphical peak right now. If you get the gameplay right one year then really all you have to so is refine it and you're good. Maybe modify and or deepen a game mode but your bread and butter would be set.

Chances LeBron and his kid wind up playing in a game together?

Wrong. They create this new super dinosaur splicing together the DNA of a raptor, t-Rex, cuttlefish, and I believe one other dinosaur, and thus create a new menace that they can't control.
Welcome to May 2014. NBA spoiler alert: spurs win.

Not lately. Will Smith has been on a downward trend. He hasn't had a true big blockbuster in over a decade. Maybe 9 years if you include Hitch, but that wasn't really as much of a big blockbuster as it was just a 'hit'.
