The entire saga of the Corleone crime dynasty re-edited in chronological order from The Godfather I, II and III, including scenes originally deleted from the theatrical versions. Today at 4.

I hate organized crime movies like The Godfather series, Breaking Bad, The Sopranos, etc, etc. It has nothing to do with the movies themselves, but the glorification of a culture that I abhor.

If you think having your family hate you, struggling with depression, living in fear of murder, and just in general having your life fall apart is glorification then sure.

Yeah, Michael Corleone is the ultimate tragic hero. He goes from a young idealist to a blood thirsty psychopath. It was a destiny he never wanted nor did his family want for him, but he was always doomed because of his father and siblings to be such. It by no means glorifies crime, especially from Michael's POV.

I cannot imagine there is any adult who watches the Godfather II that says "man, I really want that life for myself"

I hate sci-fi movies because they aren't real
I hate romance movies because life isn't really like they portray it in those movies
I hate westerns because they didn't get 10 shots out of a six-shooyer
I hate sports movies because the underdog doesn't always win
I hate comedies because things like that don't really happen ion real life

I guess I was slow on the uptake when you wrote "chronological order." This is different. I didn't know they made a version like this.

There's a whole bunch of scenes that I've never seen before in this version. They just showed a young Hyman Roth.

There is a bunch of scenes that get added on that add a lot of context

I'd love to see a movie where a bunch rag-tag players from the wrong side of the tracks find inspiration from unconventional, out of town coach, only to find they really don't have what it takes to muster a winning record.

I'm glad it's on HBO Go, would have took up too much space on my Dvr.

Many do, just like blacks who want to be tough, badass criminals just like the rappers. Also, lot of real life gangsters started talking like the characters in the movies after they came out.

I've been watching this for a couple of hours. It's pretty interesting, but I think I still prefer the original formats.
