Looks like it is trying to be a Tarantino type movie w/ some 80's nostalgia thrown in although it didn't look very 80s to me. I think Pedro Pascal is getting too much work. I like him, but he doesn't have to be in everything. Hard pass at the theater and maybe streaming too.

Fun movie. Oakland in 87. Too Short and intertwined stories.

White passing effeminate latinX with a Trans sibling. Checks so many boxes.

It was a character role nothing too crazy. I liked it.

This is on HBO MAX now and it’s probably been the biggest sleeper of the year so far for me. I thought it was a blast. It’s an anthology movie with 4 parts that tie together and an awesome ending

I didn’t think it was the greatest movie, but it was entertaining. There’s an out of left field cameo you would never expect. We need more movies that feature skinheads getting fricked up.

Saw this last night.
Was like watching a college film student try to do his best Tarantino impression while channeling a bit of Scott Pilgrim vs the World.
Despite having a great cast, the movie was entirely too boring for its premise. The pacing, dialogue and overall story were not well executed. And the CGI blood…yikes. Some of the worst I’ve ever seen on film.
Huge fail for me. The more I think about it, the more I don’t like it.

I thought this would be a movie where Lindsey Lohan wakes up as Pedro Pascal who then sleeps with Jamie Lee Curtis.
