Idris Elba on The Wire
You could definitely hear the British in him when he got angry on the show

Jason Clarke is known having a flawless American accent. He even pulled off Hyannis Port Kennedy damn well in Chappaquiddick

Three pages and no Jodie Comer?
For. Shame.

Dominic west , Charlie human broke sometimes. They were trying to hard. Best scene was Domonic west doing a fake British accent

Mel Gibson who did the same.
When Mad Max was released in America, his lines were dubbed by another actor so Gibson's lines could be understood.

Daniel Craig in Knives Out was so bad that it was distracting from an otherwise fantastic movie.
Anyone who says otherwise is a clown. It was about as bad as Keanu's British accent.

It was obviously an intentional accent
Nobody is arguing that the accent was intentionally over-the-top. He just struggled mightily to pull it off with any consistency.

Australian people
They do punch way above their weight class as do many from the UK. US actors by and large don’t get it done. Too spoiled as Hollywood is the center of the entertainment universe.

I remember thinking the same thing a couple of times when he played Charles on The Office.

Lol no, both of their native accents sneak out on several instances

Yeah, poor Gerry - getting all these American films with a crappy accent

Charlize Theron and Damian Lewis are my two picks. Americans can barely do English accents, but damn near no one can pull off a South African accent. Theron sounds like an American, pretty much at all times.
Gary Oldman is in such a different weight class that even Dennis Miller made a comment that he didn't know he SAS English.

Worst for me is Nicolas Col... ahh screw it, the Kingslayer's accent in Black Hawk Down. It certainly improved by GOT.
