about to fire this up. Never heard of it before today but has a certain Internet Vice, Guy Ritchie, Poker Face vibe.
I’m not usually into skinny blondes but the lead has that Jamie Presley trashy feel in a good way.

Terrible actor, you can’t understand him. He’s Venezuelan.
It’s kind of fun because it’s a different story. But the lack of understanding him speak is ruining it.

I went in with low expectations and am enjoying it. Four episodes in.
Lapaglia has gotten really fat. He and Russell Crowe should play brothers.
The blonde is fun eye candy and a better actor than the lead.

Good show that is completely derailed by the lead casting. English is obviously the dudes second language and his dad speaks perfect English. It just pulls me out of it every time he talks. If the show took place in a Spanish speaking country it wouldn't feel so strange. I'm sure the guy is a good actor it just doesn't work for me.

Lead male actor is strange- his accent doesn't match the rest of his family. And I can barely understand the lead female- her Philadelphia accent is terrible. But the story is entertaining so I'm keeping with it to see where it goes.

When Edgar Ramirez was cast in the new point break I didn’t really know who he was but it was hard to hear him the whole movie and he didn’t hold a candle to Swayze.
He’s cast for being handsome and brooding. Not superior acting talent.
