I've started watching it and so far it's good. This is notable because I hate Jesse Eisenberg so much, yet it's good in spite of that.

i've only caught two episodes in my free time and i'm enjoying it. Never thought i'd be rooting for Jessie Eisenberg in anything but Zombieland.
Hulu always catches me off guard with nudity (there's a lot in the first episode) so it's something i reserve for not around the kids so i haven't finished like i wanted to.

Honestly Claire Danes character was awful until the 7th episode

That's what was cool about the story arc. At first, we see Jesse as the idealistic good guy and Claire as the awful mother and wife, but then later in the season we learn more about her background and why she is like she is, and we get more sympathetic. And we see more of a negative side of Jesse (and I liked learning more about Lizzy). Showing just a slice of life never tells the whole story. People are complicated and you can easily skew people's emotions with a heavily filtered view.

Just finished the season.
This show hits hard. It’s unique but its focus is on life thoughts and happenings that are so common. I love that. It’s smart and dramatic.

Finished it a week ago, the ending wasn’t as strong to me, last couple eps were really slow.
Overall I liked the show tho, Eisenberg was good.
Hope we get a second season with his wife back.
