Jaws, but I was real young and my older brother snuck me in to see it. I so scared of the shark and getting caught in the theater, I barely remembered the nude swimmer.
Then a year or so later, older brother snuck me in to see Kentucky Fried Movie! And since then I've had a thing for catholic school girls taking showers!

Titties in Woody Allen´s ´Bananas´. Still can´t believe my father took me to see it (I had no fricking clue what was going on, but the girl with a snake bite to the tit, and everybody volunteering to suck the venom out, I vividly recall).

I'm drawing a blank on in a theater but I vividly remember the first nudity I saw in a movie. It was a double feature of Zapped with the always talented Scott Baio and Porkey's.
Did Alien 3 have nudity? What about Terminator 2? if any of these had nudity then they were probably the first.

Starship Troopers. I was about 8 years old and my dad took my friend and I. Titties popped up. My dad covered my friend's face but let me watch.
I had seen nudity in movies before this. My parents let me watch whatever I wanted. I recall the Selma Hayek scene in Desporado when I was 7 and I didn't really know what was going on but I liked it.
