It's impossible not to hate Joffrey, no matter how easy it is. So besides the obvious answer I'd like to toss out Sansa. Not for anything she's done really, I just fricking hate her.

Joffrey and cersei are the worst. There are some others to hate along the way but these two are perpetual. The witch Lady sucks balls too. Can't remember her name

I was re-watching the third season again this weekend and came to the conclusion that I hate Cersei more than Jofrey. A friend that I was watching with hates Catelyn, but I've never really had any strong emotion toward her.
I hate Tyrion's slave female, can't remember her name, but she annoys me.

Sansa was a little annoying, but she was just a scared little girl really. She was just pitiful. She has the potential to become bad arse with age.
