My favorite is Ross.

My least favorite is Rachel, but she still has a lot of great moments in the show. So much chemistru made the show great.

Early Chandler when Matthew Perry was in and out of rehab IRL and Chandler was not with Monica yet is absolutely one of the best sitcoms characters of all time. Far and away the best on the show. They lost alot when he started settling down.

Actually early seasons Monica was great too. Both characters lost alot as the show went on and they got together.

I both agree and disagree. Chandler was a fantastic character pre-Monica, but after a couple of rewatches over the years I've come to the realization that their whole relationship, even when dating wasn't on the radar, really is organic and charming. It's an underrated romance, and although they lost luster as individuals, they were a super fun couple to watch.

Joey and Phoebe are good characters that often fluctuated between annoying and funny.

Tbh everyone else had enough moments written into the script that I found funny and could enjoy their character so they were all even when I thought about it, but I hated Phoebe's character.

i mean, there should be no other answer than this. joey was awesome too. but i wouldn't call him underrated. all three guys were great characters, but chandler and joey were definitely the two best.

that being said, this was my favorite ross moment and one of my favorite moments ever on the show... "Sup"

I really can't pick a favorite or least favorite. After watching that clip, it reminded me how awkward Ross is when flirting with women. The pizza delivery girl he keeps ordering more pizzas from, and she has no idea he's flirting. Or my favorite, he asks a table of girls if they'd rather drown or be burned to death.

Least is Pheobe. I just found her annoying a lot of the time. And her love interests were always sucky.

Chandler/Joey would be my favorite.

Ross' dad is my favorite non main cast member.

Not a popular choice, but I liked Phoebe. I got to friends because of her character in Mad About You.

Ursula>Phoebe>Rest of Friends (although on a good day, Joey was okay)

My favorite was Chandler. Very funny and tons of moments.

Least Favorite was Phoebe.

But how the hell could you not like Rachael. There were times on that show where Jennifer Anniston could not have been hotter. There was not one thing they could have done to her to make her more attractive.

Favorite would probably be Chandler/Joey. I don't know that I'd say I really disliked any of the characters. I think they all had some good moments. I guess I'd pick Rachael as my least favorite.Phebe was wacky and Monica was eccentric, Rachael was just kinda normal.

Joey is by far the best from a slapstick, just want to laugh standpoint. But I think Chadler is the best all around.

Least changes season to season but I think it has to be Phoebe.

This scene makes me laugh every time.

Chandler was the best character. Joey had some of the most hilarious moments on the show but he morphed into the "so inexplicably dumb, it's funny" cliche character, like Eric on Boy Meets World or Kevin on The Office.

I don't see how any male could possibly say Pheobe wasn't the worst. She was truly horrendous, her character's humor was just SO awful. Not funny in any way.

Ross kinda grew on me as I got older. Sure he was kind of a loser but he had some underrated funny stuff as well.

Don't know if I have a "favorite", I enjoyed most all of them equally really. Except phoebe.

Least: Ross

Favorite: Chandler

Underrated: Mike

Ross is unwatchable, and Joey's brain-dead mook routine is grating.

For the guy who said Mike is underrated, have an upvote.

Overall he wasn't nearly as consistently funny as chandler or joey, but he had his moments.

-Piv-ot!
-the breaking up with the college girl episode, several funny parts
-the fake cry and "fine by me!" with rachel
-losing his mind over the sandwich
-the super bright white teeth on a date

and many more I can't remember right now.

Phoebe, on the other hand...I can't think of a single funny thing she's ever done. Most of her humor is either:

-changing her inflection and repeating something in a yelling manner
-saying borderline retarded things
-pretending to be a real hardass

she hasn't said one truly witty clever thing I can think of.

Also vox this wasn't really directed at you, I just can't stand phoebe.

Paste pants. We were on a break. When he patrols the library near his book for college students making out, but winds up making out with a chick. The Holiday Armadillo. 18 pages...FRONT AND BACK! When he rolls on a juice box when he's making out with Rachel in the planetarium. FAJITAS! GET OFF MY SISTEEEEEERRRRRRRR!!!

And how can we fricking forget Unagi?

Rachel sucked. Worst character on the show. Jennifer Anniston was hot and awesome, but Rachel sucked. There is a difference

IYO, what makes phoebe less offensive or a better character than Rachel?

At least Phoebe was able to support herself coming from nothing. That shows growth.

Rachel was just a skank that let some new dick support her or her daddy save her again
