i did not like this premier at all... premieres season 5, the medellin was terrible, seasons 6 was ok and season 7 was pretty good.... i enjoyed last season as whole, especially the end with ari paintballing everyone

the more i think about it the more i realize vince is my least favorite character. not that i dislike him, he's just my least favorite. they could have gotten rid of them all and kept ari and i would still watch

agreed...his is the "main" character, but they use him to tell the story of Turtle, E, Drama, and Ari

Also, strange fact, Ari's wife has never been given a name in the show. Only Mrs. Gold. He always just calls her "baby". Am I the last one to know this?

Finally watched it.
That was terrible. The soon to be sued Turtle plot had the subtlety of a sledgehammer to the face.
Ari was boring. Hell, everyone was boring.
I wasn't a big fan of last season, but it was certainly a lot better than that episode.
I know they were setting up new arcs for the season, but I'm not sure I am going to like any of them.

I thought it was great for a season opener. It was everything I like seeing in an Entourage episode except for tits. You got to see agent stuff, behind the scenes movie stuff. The Turtle arc isn't awful. Even got to see Stefan from Top Chef two seasons ago. Looking forward to the season. But I admit I just enjoy watching the show for pure entertainment. I don't look for reasons to not like it.

You don't need to look hard. A blind man could see reasons to hate that opener.
It sucked plain and simple. The Turtle storyline was horrible and will be made even more so if the chick sues him.
