Watching it again, I think you’re right.
ETA...Jesse’s got his hand on his gun, but he’s not about to pull in any way, almost looks relaxed.

Vacuum guy was Robert Forster, relatively famous, he’s got kind of a distinct voice.
Sure sounds like him to me

I don't think it sounded like him, but I hope I'm wrong.
If he finds the vacuum guy, he's going to go visit Gene/Saul.

The guy has his hand in red dead redemption mode, definitely about to have a showdown.

I'm surprised that people only seem to care about the voice, and not the far more provocative cuts.
He seems to be burying a dead body in the desert, while still unshaven and wearing his meth slave outfit. Who is it and why does he immediately have to bury a dead body?
There's a shot of a crane lifting a car in a junk yard. Do the cops find the dead guy, and why would that matter now?
He looks like he's trying to find the money behind the walls at Walt's old house.
Why is he back in Gus' old meth factory?
He's obviously booby trapping something with the torch canisters.
It looks like he searching for money in a lot of different places, with the picture of the mother and kid as motivation.
As for the voice, he might be watching a "if I'm dead when you see this" video from Walt, and is just replying to the video because people do shite like that in movies. It might make sense if the instruction Walt gives him in the video is something he isn't going to do the way Walt wants him to.
