It’s all up for us to guess honestly. I have been trying to research and find out. I am 90% sure it is not Walt after watching and listening probably 20 times. Jessie wouldn’t smile like he did if it was Walt

I mean I am very sure as well, but in one part in the trailer you can see Mike (he’s been dead a minute) so it leaves everyone thinking it could be a flash back of some sort. No it does not sound like Walt in the slightest but I am not going to rule out that Walt won’t be in the movie

Vacuum guy was Robert Forster, relatively famous, he’s got kind of a distinct voice.

I really have no idea, I’m guessing there may be some subtle hint in the gun (is it a gun?) on his hip, but I can’t place the voice at all. Doesn’t sound like Vacuum Guy to me, voice is way raspier. I’m trying to think of any notable characters that could still be around from the show that would be an interesting villain.

Walter White got away after passing out in the meth lab. Police officers got to him and were able to keep him conscious until EMS arrived. EMS packed him into the truck, but WW broke out and has been on the run ever since.
Because he is a fugitive, he has not had access to medicine needed for his cancer. It's caused his body and look (and voice) to change
It's definitely him and he is ready to cook again
