What has happened to the old anti-trust laws and Teddy Roosevelt? Are mergers like this really in the public's best interest? Competition is being strangled by the big names. So is innovative, entrepreneural creativity.

They’ve got the DC problem where they NAILED some castings and then missed so bad with other castings that you have to throw the baby out with the bath water anytime you pivot.
