How bout Up, Up, and Away? I always thought that one was very underrated. Every time there's a thread like this, movies like Luck of the Irish, Brink, Smart House, Halloweentown, Johnny Tsunami, etc are brought up (and all those are great [LotI is my favorite DCOM personally]) but Up, Up, and Away never is. One of my top ones. Poof Point, Eddie's Million Dollar Cookoff, Phantom of the Megaplex, Ultimate Christmas Present were really good, too.
So many good ones. Really, Disney almost never missed on any DCOM from around 98-03. It's actually surprising that there were so many good ones. My sister's 11 and I've seen some of the recent ones with her and compared to the "classics" (obviously used extremely, extremely lightly) the new ones completely suck. I'm sure part of that is I'm older now, but still, the plots all just seem awful. The decline started with the Cheetah Girls, IMO, which was I think 04 maybe 05. Don't really remember. That's when they started the whole "musical" phase.
Nostalgia.
ETA: I forgot about the Even Stevens Movie. I didn't even like the show that much, but that movie was sweet.

Stuck in the Suburbs was one of the last non-shitty ones. It still isn't as good as the "classics", but it wasn't garbage like the past five or so years have been.

Disney could make some serious money if they started releasing these on dvd/blu ray.

I was in 8th grade in HS when that movie came out and since Amanda Shaw went to my school everyone was flipping out that she was in it...she was Friend #5 or something and maybe had 5 minutes of dialogue.
I guess she chose to strictly stick with fiddle playing since there wasn't a big acting demand for her

a lot of yall were probably too young to remember this...but it IS by far the greatest disney channel movie EVA.
