I don't know Harley Kiener but I'm a big fan of three you mentioned... Brink, Johnny Tsunami and Alley Cats Strike. Literally could not tell you anything about any of them except they are about roller blading, surfing and bowling. So when I say big fan, I mean that in a way that you normally look at somebody who doesn't care about the movies at all but they actually used to really like them when they were younger kind of way.

One of the more serious DCOMs. I don't how well it stands up now that I'm older, but I remember thinking how good/varied of an actor Shia LaBeouf was for being able to play a retard in this movie and Louis in Even Stevens (even though looking back at it, Louis wasn't exactly a genius )
