I don't know about slowing down but looks like Quinn is about to be involved in some shite and Dexter has another crazy bitch (like the pyro from previous season) to deal with

Finally got to watch this episode. Man I'm really liking this season. Very, very good so far and has some serious potential. I love all the side plots and how things are developing.

Appropriately . . . she was very hot.

I think it is interesting that Deb is finally getting her wish for Dexter to let her in,
She'll let him "in" by the end of this season. My prediction.

It's weird that they were married IRL. They got divorced after a couple years (and he got through with his cancer treatment). Glad it's not affecting the show.

They were a couple for awhile. I didn't realize they actually got married.

My fiancé said they are actually back together when I mentioned the same last night.

That's interesting. Maybe his fling with Julia Stiles was a temporary diversion.

Wouldn't Sirko have a pretty good case for self defense? Seeing as all the guys in there were armed as well?
Maybe they also have him on past charges?

I'm thinking self defense as well. He is in the mob, will have good lawyers with unlimited money. Either the cash with Quinn or self defense, he will get out.

Let's see. You walk into a public establishment with a concealed weapon and a shootout proceeds. Maybe if he has a concealed carry permit but doubtful. The DA probably couldn't go for a murder 1 charge since they couldn't prove intent to commit a specific murder but he should get a bunch of time unless the cops mishandled the case somehow which would be my guess. However, they just mishandled Speltzer's case, so it pretty much shouts Miami Metro sucks.

What is kirko stays in jail only to return for the final season and is the one that officially ends Dexter. Foreshadowing from their conversation?

that would suck to high heavens
I really want the dark passenger to just take over.

I just really don't see this series ending on a happy note. Only way I think it ends is with Dexter drawing his last breath.

I thought was pretty deep as well. He's basically saying no matter how long he sits in there, when he finds a way out he's going to kill Dexter. So needless to say, that plotline is far from closed

Agree. I'm assuming he'll go away for some of the season and people will forget about him then bam! He's out and he's searching for dexter.
As for the blonde chick, I feel like Dex should lay off. I know he can't really control the dark passenger, only try to channel it constructively, but it seems like not a good idea. Deb is already giving him all sorts of shite, and now here's a girl who is doing a kinda sorta "good" thing by helping Miami Metro find some bodies. Yes she has immunity and yes she has killed, but couldn't she just be someone who got caught up with a crazy person and killed 1 person once a long time ago? Couldn't she be reformed? Dexter's usual victims are real bottom of the barrel lowlifes that the police didn't catch and are still hunting prey, which isn't really this girl's pattern. Does he think she'll kill again? Not to mention that she is actively working with the police, so if she ends up dead that's gonna be pretty weird for everybody.

You must of missed part of the episode. Holding the giraffe was nostalgic, she wanted to hear Dexter say how they were killed because she wanted to relive it, she is not an innocent person. He is going to dig into her more to see if she continued to kill before she ends up on tge table. Tiger can't change their stripes.
Posted on 10/30/12 at 2:43 pm to Puck82
Definitely. She will kill again.

Really? I would figure someone like dexter and his code, the curtains would be a breeze. He knows how he leaves shite and its different when he comes back, his SK senses were tingling.
