Well I first thought maybe Deb set her up.. however why is Hannah still lying to Dexter about the counselor? This is what gets me.. You truly trust Hannah. I'm gonna say she did in fact do it.. because it is too obvious trying to make we think Deb did it. Plus Dex did take out her dad.. maybe she's trying to get Deb out of the way. Not in spite.. Just in a twisted way for their future.
