It is free on Prime with a 7 day Free Trial with Mubi, I should've clarified.
The movie feels like it was made/takes place in the early 80s.
It's just T&A and gore.

Body horror. Kind of a partially finished product more than a fully realized story IMO
There's a little in there about the machinery of fame (Hollywood) since the Dennis Quaid character and his sycophants are there.
Curiously there's no Ghislaine Maxwell type (when women are often or usually the recruiters). There's also not a deep investigation into the deepest motivations of the Demi Moore character. She's more of a flat representative of the desire for youth and beauty than a person.
