And also has one of the best lines in movie history from Congo

“ STOP EATING MY SESAME CAKE”

Delroy Lindo is one of those people that I think he's a pretty terrible actor, yet I like almost every movie he's done, including his characters.


ETA: Are they remaking Blade? I didn't know that. Who is the new Blade (assuming it's no longer Wesley Snipes)..?

I am unfamiliar with him, but after googling I see he does look just like a younger Wesley Snipes, so that's a good start.

In fairness the attention people pay to the Oscar's has dropped precipitously in the last decade

If you saw Eternals, you would recognize Blade's voice as the one asking Dane Whitman if he's ready for the Ebony Blade in the post-credit scene.

I couldn't tell you who or what has won Oscars in the last ten years at least, let alone who was nominated for one. But cool flex, I guess.
