Seinfeld was brilliant in casting.

Every character is spot on, they picked the perfect actors every time.

The GOAT show IMO.

Yeah and on the flight. I had a short flight a while back and realized I forgot to bring anything for time killing entertainment so I laughed as I stared at the back of the seat in front of me and said “I’m David Puddy”.

even the actors that they hired to play the real actors were amazing. Sloppy and bald Jeremy Piven was perfect acting out neurotic George, and that dude playing Kramer was creepy as shite. Every time I notice him as a supporting role in a movie, I think about him playing Kramer.

Patrick Warburton.

He (and the female costars' tits) carried that Rules of Engagement show.

I have a chick friend that also loves this show. She and I will drop the Puddy on each other at random times. Pretty funny.

Jerry: Look, postcard from Elaine from Europe.

Kramer: Don't tell me she's dragging another poor guy across Europe.

Jerry: Remember David Puddy?

Kramer: She's dating him again, huh?

Jerry: Well, I guess she's batted around and she's back at the top of the order.

Kramer: Boy, a month in Europe with Elaine. That guy's coming home in a body bag.

I was lucky enought to have met Patrick Warburton at a charity event for Steve Gleason the week before the Niners Ravens Super Bowl in New Orleans. I told him my son and I love his character. He was about to get annoyed when i said it was Flynn from Skylanders. He thought that was the funny as hell and thanked me for not saying Puddy. I know, csb.

I think Susan was a bit of a miss but other than that I agree.

Jerry's dad wasn't picked perfectly............initially. There was a different actor that played Jerry's dad in the first season. They ended up changing to the one everyone knows and loves.

IMDB confirms that it is indeed the truth:

- The Reverse Peephole (1998) ... David Puddy
- The Dealership (1998) ... David Puddy
- The Apology (1997) ... David Puddy
- The Junk Mail (1997) ... David Puddy
- The Voice (1997) ... David Puddy
- The Butter Shave (1997) ... David Puddy
- The Face Painter (1995) ... David Puddy
- The Fusilli Jerry (1995) ... David Puddy

It's a classic example of the Uncle Arthur Effect.
