Again with the elite assassins.

Finch is at least buckling the establishment by making it a male assassin.

It does look interesting. though.

Just finished watching. It was ok. Nowhere near Fincher's best work. I'm actually annoyed he chose this project over Mindhunter.

I haven't been this excited for a Netflix original in a long time.

Agreed. I found the constant narration to be excessive and unnecessary. Absolutely nothing special plot wise. It's a good Netflix movie, but pretty underwhelming for Fincher/Fassbender.

So, it’s good. I really enjoyed it. I completely understand what Fincher was trying to do.

It’s not even close to his best film. It’s fine and enjoyable and interesting.

I just finished it. I really liked it. Can't wait to watch it again. Not Fincher's best but it would be hard to top Zodiac. It's also not the best movie of the year but I'll probably watch this more than I'll watch Oppenheimer or Killers of the Flower Moon and I think those are the best movies of the year.

It was good, not great. People hoping for a masterpiece will be disappointed. Those just wanting to watch a pretty good movie will be satisfied. Give it a solid B.

The fight scene was great but the narration was annoying. I kept waiting for the narration to end but they kept going back to it.

WARNING: If you haven't watched it yet, do not read the Netflix synopsis before watching.

We loved it. Great pacing, some surprises when it came to if and when he would kill, loved the narration and the small jokes he dropped in there.

Definitely watching it again.

i give it a solid 8/10 rating.

it has a nostalgic old school feel from back when movies were great/memorable (aka before the woke era) and that means alot to me

This was my ultimate feeling. It’s definitely a straightforward movie. it was very concise, and to the point, but I found myself completely zoned in, almost like a trance like state between the score & narration. And I did chuckle a few times throughout with fassbenders deadpan delivery. I really enjoyed it, and will probably watch it again soon.
