I love her. Sansa was my most hated character but now I feel bad for her.

Dany is probably my second favorite chapter centered character in the books after Tyrion.

14. Cat (although she may have the single best chapter in the books.)

At least in the show, we get to see her (Daenerys) naked from time to time. Though come to think of it, they seem to have cut way back on that from S1.

Awkward or not that was in the books lol. However now you see why she is so childish and also useless. You expect her act like a young adult she is still a child.

I've read all the books multiple times and I think aging the characters was the smart thing to do. GRRM has even went on record stating that if he were to do it again he would make them older.
Dany is just a little count regardless of her age.
