My least favorite is Stannis, Bad actor and just kinda leaves me feeling meh.
I don't hate him but don't love him either. He does nothing with conviction, and acts like he is second guessing himself every step of the way.

Then he is a great actor becayse everything you said is EXACTLY what Stannis is supposed to make you feel.

Daenerys Targaryen - worst character on Game of Thrones

I'm not a fan of the way she is being portrayed in the series vs the books but her story arc is definitely the most intriguing and Emilia Clarke is definitely the hottest chick in the series thus far.

I've always found her story arc to be boring as frick.

I couldn't give a half a shite about what is going on in the free cities when there are God damn zombies and man eating wolves and sexy arse wildling bitches and joffrey getting bitch slapped in westeros.

She gets better. She stops talking and does something. You'll be pleased.

Daenerys is the opposite. At first she was like oh cool, I'm queen of the horses and happy with it. Then her Khal died and everyone abandoned her and she decided the next logical step was to conquer the world. Really?

Not exactly. She may have been content being the horse-queen, but the assassination attempt on her child changed all that. Drogo was so furious he was going to the unheard and take the Dothraki across the ocean to make war on Westeros. Her time with Drogo taught her to not be submissive and to take what she wanted (this fed into the self-entitlement she had been raised to believe in), so when he died and she lost their child she knew she must attack Westeros or she would never be safe (as well as for revenge for trying to kill her and her child).

She had had stirrings/feelings/etc about the eggs, but it was only after the deaths that she either felt the pull of destiny or was just at the point where she was willing to say "I've lost everything else so wtf not?".

The show doesn't have the time to show her intropsection and long consultations with various folks, so it has to focus on her being a hard-arse about things in order to speed the story through (what I feel is) a slow part of her journey.

Agree with this and her character does develop significantly in the books pretty much starting from where they left off in this last episode of the series.

Agreed, but she's still better than Sansa.

I more or less agree that she's regressed, but the scene where she leaped into the fighting pit was probably her best since the funeral pyre.

I always get a big let down when I see it's a Daeneys chapter.
