Another one is when the Vietnamese guys are making their captives play Russian Roulette and yelling at them and slapping them in the face in The Deer Hunter. And of course the "squeal like a pig" scene in Deliverance

Saving Private Ryan.
Good guy loses knife fight and the guy slowly sinks the knife in his heart. I look away every time.

I still get mad at the guy just sitting in the stairs not helping him.

I like Falkor but his laugh and the wink used to be a little creepy as a kid

Speaking of Falkor I'd like to add Artex dying and the Nothing from Neverending Story
Also the seance from Beetlejuice when Otho tries to to raise the Maitlands

There was a scene from a made for tv movie where some punks were robbing a store and they made everyone drink windex, then shot them in the head.
A scene in One False Move where a family is tied up with duct tape and then the killer slowly stabs them to death.
Saving Private Ryan stab scene. Think I hated that coward on the stairs so much, it has taken me years to like the actor in anything he did.
Pretty much any slow death stabbing freaks me out.

What about a clockwork Orange? The labadomy scene

The movie Flowers in the Attic was a pretty disturbing flick... especially after the little boy gets fed the pastries.

The person on the cover art for this movie.

Judge Doom murdering that cartoon shoe in Who Framed Roger Rabbit while everyone just sat there watching. Cartoons have shite for legal rights it seems.

Is wait until dark a horror flick? I haven't seen it

Yeah that was pretty messed up. Christopher Loyd played a great but disturbing character in that movie.
Since we're on cartoons, the devil scene in Fantasia's "night on bald mountain" is a pretty creepy segment, especially for a kid.

Surprised no one has mentioned the drowning scene at the end of Casino Royale. That scene always makes me feel dead inside no matter how many times I see it.

more of a thriller. I highly recommend it.
Audrey Hepburn
Eta that scene I mentioned occurs early in the film so not much of a spoiler
