Actually it was the episode where he pulled Shirley's pants down. Then Abed pointed out that the group needs him or someone else would be the new Pierce.
Yeah but they gave Pierce a salvation at the end of the episode.
D&D is where they stopped trying to make Pierce likable at all

Watching the 8-bit episode. Didn’t realize how messed up the production was. Clearly should’ve been aired earlier in the season, it sticks out weirdly in the middle of the Uber dramatic chang story
Also this happened. Which is why I say the pierce thing was on Chase and on Harmon

He refused to do the "tag" for the Digital Estate Planning episode (the 8 bit video game episode). In the scripted tag, Abed comes to Pierce with the thumb drive he took, and says "Pierce, I've been able to adjust some of the code for your Dad's video game and I've made a version I think you might like better." He puts the thumb drive into a laptop in front of Pierce. We cut to the laptop screen, where we see Pierce's avatar on a front lawn with the giant floating head of Cornelius. Every time Pierce presses the space bar, his avatar throws a baseball to his father's head, which gives him a thousand points and a "great job, son!" Pierce presses the space bar a few times, pauses, then leans over and embraces Abed and we fade to black. When Adam Countee pitched that tag, tears instantly rolled down my cheeks, and in point of fact, my eyes are getting watery describing it to you. It was the most important part of the episode and possibly one of the most important moments of the season. I was very upset to hear that it wasn't shot because someone didn't feel like shooting it, especially since it was literally the last day of shooting, which meant we'd never be able to pick it up. I regret nothing about how upset I got. My job was to care about my show.

I did think of a good idea for the Community movie if they can get Glover.
Have him in the background doing crazy things like that episode Abed was doing the same thing. Would be hilarious since he’s the most famous person now in the cast.

To further point out how bad the season 4 writers were
They got Britta and Troy together in the season premier and seemingly forgot about it a couple episodes in and spent most of the season having Britta and Jeff splitting off and having more “couple” moments than Troy and Britta ever did besides a hand ful of thrown in scenes

That end of season 3 arc with Chang running the school is my favorite string of episodes in the series.

The more Chang the worse the shows quality

S2E14 - Advanced Dungeons and Dragons - another weird detour from sitcom normalcy. A great example episode for anyone wondering why the show didn't get a wider following on network TV. Brilliant episode.
watching this episode now.

I don’t disagree with that, at all. But Curriculum Unavailable doesn’t even have him in it, for instance.

I feel like the quality began to suffer simply because Chevy Chase was there. He should've been fired after season 2. With all the drama, I wonder why they kept him around?

SPOILERS
they made it seem like it was Annie in the finale, although I believe it was originally supposed to be Hickey.

A few episodes in to Season 3 right now. They were really in a groove here

I never got all the way into the show. I have seen a few episodes here and there and I thought it was a really funny show. But its really hard to get into a show just watching reruns when it airs on regular tv(On Demand and streaming sites has me extremely spoiled) I honestly never heard of the show until a couple of years ago. And really that's only because I'm a fan of Gambino/Donald Glover.
I will add that this being added to Netflix is a gamechanger. I can't wait to really fully get into the show now.

It’s one of the best shows of all time when they hit their stride.

Just started season 5. Some gold lines
“You guys feel weird doing this without (points to pierces seat)....... magnitude??”
“You let strangers take shots out of your belly
“ONLY ON TUMMY TUESDAYS!!”
Idk if it’s intentional but Troy is the only one whose life hasn’t gone to shite since the end of the season 4(same as real life with Glover being the only one whose career improved at the end of season 4)

"I want to see boobs!" Seeing Cobra Commander say that had me rolling.
