There are a lot. I'm really in touch with my feminine side (no homo). But ones that come to mind immediately are:
1. The final moments of Braveheart when he defies the king and his wife comes to take him away.
2. The end of Rudy when the chanting begins and through the final scene.
3. The Two Towers when Gandalf returns and the light shines into the orcs eyes through Sam's speech about there being good in the world and it's worth fighting for.
All three get me every time.

The Green Mile
Schindler's List - didn't cry all movie til when that little nazi boy helps save that lady and her daughter
ETA: Might be a bit weird, but once I sat down with a bottle of Crown and watched Scarface again and teared up right after Tony kills Manny... was drunk but still.

Armageddon, from when little girl Ben Affleck gets pushed into the chamber and he is talking to her dad, and when the little boy runs out from behind the fire truck.....

I cry during a lot of movies.
Hell, sometimes I even cry during football games...

Rudy, just the other day...
*Man that little guy had a lotta heart...
Some other ones I can't recall. Just getting misty-eyed though, not crying like some old grandmother or anything.

Another one that gets me oddly enough is Apollo 13 when they are all in the command center in Houston waiting to hear back from the astronauts after re-entry and then they all go nuts when the hear from tom hanks.
Every time it brings a few tears knowing that its a true story and how hard all those guys worked to bring back 3 men.

The Green Mile
Saving Private Ryan
Million Dollar Baby
Abyss has a couple of scenes that can sneak up on you emotionally, when she volunteers to die and when Virgil is falling into the Abyss
You are a soulless meat popsicle if Up does not make you cry in several spots.

1. the end of Armageddon ... when he has to tell his daughter that he is breaking his promise to come home ..
2. Blow - when they have johnny depp in handcuffs and then the police are carrying his daughter out .. that one really hits home cuz my lil girl basically saved my life (straightened up my act when i found out i was gonna be a daddy)
- pretty much any movie with the father daughter stuff gets me -
