Just watched it. Very meh. The kid is so annoying he almost made me bail on the whole movie. Funny thing is, I'm betting producers think people would find the character endearing. If so, they couldn't have been more wrong. If your child is anything like that, you failed as a parent.
I kept hoping he'd at least get winged by a stray bullet.

That kid was incredibly annoying.
And child actors cussing like that is just flat out cringey.

I agree in this case. The kid was just annoying as hell but think of Ronnie in Role Models he was hilarious.

My wife and I were watching some terrible romantic comedy last week and I asked her when the last time a decent romantic comedy came out. Last we could place was about time and crazy stupid love. Then I tried to think of the last GOOD comedy that came out and had a hard time after Other Guys, 21 Jump Street, or Hangover.

Game Night was pretty funny, but that is an outlier in a sea of suck.

Yeah Game Night and Tag from 2017 are the only decent things really made in a while that were straight comedies
Big budget or even medium budget comedies simply don’t get made anymore. It’s either straight to DVD shite or dramedy level stuff

Agreed. Ed Helms sucks. Even his character on The Office did not age well outside of the first episode or two he was in.
