Season 1 was by far the best season, but the others are still entertaining.

For me the season rankings go like this 1,3,4,2.
I just love Johnny in season 1. Season 3 was great for me because I loved KK2. But that school fight in season 2 is still the goat.

I mean if we’re just throwing out BB characters that would fit in the KK universe, give me Lalo is Miguel’s dad

Carmen Diaz just needs to take it all off. Thumbs up to Johnny for banging his student's mom.

Specifically, I believe this line was first used by Miyagi in KK2 while teaching Daniel the drum technique at the fishing docks
Great season. Show is still lots of fun
But y’all need to shut it with the Hillary Swank shite. It’s best to pretend that movie never existed. It may as well be crystal skull.

A bunch of nerdy, loser kids that do round kicks, at a fun arcade. Please. The idea is too 1984, instead of reality.

You're right, id prefer Lalo too

Yeah, like teenagers are taking Karate lessons. Season 1 was good then it went to shite. Might as well call Hilary Swank and that dude she was feeding the injured hawk with. Where's Gabe Jarret seeking revenge on the dance floor?
Gtfo, troll.

I agree Season 1 is the best but the others are all pretty close.
Season 1 just has a different vibe to it altogether. It’s not as cheesy as the others but the show runners and writers knew if there was going to be a future with the show then they’d need to lean into more of the cheesy 80ness that the movies had.
It doesn’t lean too heavily into it, diluting it like KK3 but it’s a show that revolves around high school karate and a 35-year old karate rivalry. It has to laugh at itself
Whereas Season 1 could take it a little more serious and had true moments of genuine drama, the other seasons don’t have as much of it, mostly because they’re not AS focused on Johnny and Daniel as enemies and how they’ve passed that on to their students. The show still has some drama but not like Season 1. The cast is too bloated and the show’s writers are too focused on the spectacle. Not a bad thing but I hope we get back to focusing more on Johnny and Daniel again and not just their fight against Cobra Kai
