You say Memento, I say Momanto.

The Prestige
Inception
The Dark Knight
Memento(favorite actor and favorite director, only seen once. Should be a must own for me but isn't. Need to re-watch. Sort of overwhelming with its unique storytelling.)
Batman Begins
Insomnia

Haven't seen Following.

If you liked Memento give Following a watch. It's only 71 minutes long.

I haven't seen the Following, so it is unranked. See? We're not the same person!

We now know this, thanks to Christopher Nolan.

And Blade Runner, we were always on opposite sides of that movie.

Yes, thanks to our subtle disagreement on Nolan and large disagreement on Blade Runner, we can prove that we are different people.

But what are the odds we agree on Joe Versus the Volcano being an underrated classic?

I kind of have the same feeling, except i really liked "The Prestige." I just can't get into "Inception," mabye I'm not cerebral enough.

Looking at your list, I've not seen Insomnia and Following, so I will rank the rest:

1. Prestige
2. Memento
3. Inception
4. TDK
5. Begins

I want to see Insomnia...is Following worth the watch? (I'm assuming so)

Other people just don't see the brilliance of this movie.

1. Memento- Incredible film. I'v eonly seen it once, so it might not be as awesome on a rewatch, but still amazing.
2. Inception- Loved it.
3. Batman Begins- Not trying to be a hipster but I really enjoy this movie more than Dark Knight. I can't watch TDK over and over like I can BB.
4. Dark Knight- Maybe it was because I didn't see it until a year after it came out, but it wasn't spectacularly awesome to me. Still a great movie though. And I'm sorry, Gyllenhog really distracts me in this movie.

5. Insomnia- I really didn't care too much for this movie.

The Prestige- Haven't seen it. It is on my Netflix que.
The Following- Haven't seen it. Is it worth it?

I agree. Loved Ledger's performance, but the rest of TDK wasn't as good as Begins to me.
