I don't know. Watching that video it does appear that he is joking, but also that she does not take it very well. Also this video is splicing things out of context, so it is difficult to accurately and fairly read their reactions and intentions. Hemsworth is a relentless shite giver. He clearly thinks she's a bit uptight and a bit of a pain in the arse. So he gives her a ton of shite because he likes getting a rise out of her.
Her reaction to the Tom Cruise comment and his reaction to her saying she does her own stunts is a pretty good indicator that the two of them should not be doing press together. It's just clear they don't like each other. Or were having a bit of a bad day together.

In all seriousness, Thor with Stormbreaker (and debatably Mjolnir) could beat Captain Marvel since she’s very susceptible to magic. I’m not sure if she could absorb Thor’s thunder.

Well, they’re not going to put her with RDJ, since I really couldn’t imagine those two getting along. I’ve always wondered how well he and Mark Ruffalo actually get along.
EDIT: ehhh, it seems like RDJ and Ruffalo get along based on the tours they’ve done together, so that’s good.
