I think a one season streaming show could be made with him returning all the stones.

There’s a fairly good chance he appears as a skrull in the Secret Invasion D+ series. I’d welcome a 6 or so episode miniseries with each episode focusing on his adventures in bringing back one of the stones, plus his life with Peggy. I really just wanna see the Red Skull interaction

I think much more is being made about this than should be. He's not getting another C.A. movie or anything. Like stated above, he'll show up, say a few lines, and that'll be it. Pretty sure he's said this sort of thing was always in the cards too.

Hey, he's America's arse.

He wants to get into directing so they probably made him the “you get to be a director if you throw on the CA gear again” offer.

It's the Emilio Estevez deal. That's how they got him in Mighty Ducks 3, and how the world got the masterpiece that is The War at Home.

+1 RDJ ans Evans built this thing. It's hard to replace that

I think including Evans on the RDJ tier in terms of "building this thing" is a little generous. He literally only made one movie that was a Captain America movie. Captain America: The First Avenger is the lowest grossing film besides The Incredible Hulk. Yeah, sure, it was one of the first but there is a reason they just turned the CA franchise into Avenger Lite movies.

Evans is on the 2nd tier with Hemsworth.

But RDJ is in a class of his own. He is the godfather of the cinematic Marvel universe.

Endgame was a great send-off for Evans and RDJ. For me Hemsworth with GotG is by far their biggest draw moving forward.

Winter Soldier is right there with Infinity War and the first Iron Man movies in terms of quality. It was a legit great movie. Plus, he's the heart of the Avengers.

And it's what they did with Supergirl. She dies, then the Legion shows up from the future with a Supergirl from her youth, allowing Superman to say goodbye to her one last time.

I will admit that story got me a bit misty eyed.

As to Chris Evans returning... if they can pull it off more power to them and to him. He is, whether folks like it or not, Captain America for this generation.

Signing him up to make some glorified cameos that boosts shows and makes him work for a few minutes is probably a win for both sides as long as the ratings are good.

RDJ had previous clout, was the “it” comeback actor, and was absolutely perfect for his role. Chris Evans was a satire movie, a bad comic book movie, and a A-Team rip-off guy. Plus Iron Man was easier to sell to international audiences, CA, not so much (and that’s not Chris’s fault at all).

They mean he is Anti Trump.

But anyway ignoring all that extra bs and keeping it to the movies, I would like to see stories set in that alt world where he went back and lived with Carter while hopefully still doing the Cap superhero thing.

If its just Cameos then he can show up anywhere is cool.

The irony here is that you don’t like Chris Evans because he doesn’t like your hero, who happens to be a royal douchebag.

It’s like the ironic stars aligned perfectly.

Nope. I mean he's a collosal loser. Here were his comments about Tom Brady possibly being a Trump supporter.

quote:

“I really hope he’s not a Trump supporter. I’m just hoping he’s one of those guys that maybe supported him and now regrets it. Maybe he thought it was going to be different — and even that bothers me — but maybe there’s a chance now he just thinks Trump’s an absolute dumb s***, which he is. If he doesn’t, if he’s still on that Trump train, I might have to cut ties. It’s really tough.”

This is but one example. I don't care that he doesn't like Trump. His complete hatred of anyone who even possibly views things differently is what is wrong with him.

ETA: This fool said he wouldn't consider playing Brady in a biopic until Brady disavowed Trump. In 20 years people will have forgotten Chris Evans and Brady will be in the NFL Hall of Fame. He's a short-sighted fool.

Shush. It is OK. You can still whack off to him.

Yes, we think you are unwholesome for having this fixation on him but other than avoiding you in public we won't judge you.

This is how people respond when they realize they can't refute what you're saying. Or when they're in middle school.
