I think Nany is pretty hot physically...but that is all. If I saw her I'd be interested and once she opened her mouth I'd run.
Watched the episode last night.
This is a BRUTAL challenge for being only the halfway point in the show. But I have several questions since (I assume) they didn't explain every rule on TV...
Can you put the pieces in the bag in order at the bottom of the hill? Or can you write things down in the dirt/sand? If so, you could write down what you see, then your partner could walk over and help you memorize it before going to the top of the hill...seems like a couple trips doing that would've worked perfectly instead of having the girls (many of whom are complete idiots) do it by themselves.
Oh, look...Jordan is bitching about his hand again. I'm shocked..
I love the way MTV edits these things. Like when they show Sarah talking shite to Jordan about how much better they are than everybody, and then the next scenes are her vomiting on the side of a hill because she can't keep up.
And why the frick wouldn't they start the challenge earlier in the day to give people max time to complete it? IIRC, at the end it said they had been going for 5 hours and 30 minutes. So that means they started around like 1:00 pm or so. Start that bitch at like 9 in the morning.
Congrats, Brittany...you are officially more stupid than Jonna. Let that sink in for a minute, and then try not to kill yourself. Brittany is so fricking annoying and stupid...I can't stand her. Adam sucks too. I hope they go home.

No idea why Riley doesn't just stand up...looks like he could almost ring the bell even from his knees.
Also, on the Exile aftershow thing (which I figured they'd eventually do since there's no way people are watching that shite on the site that often), when Dustin and Jessica won, TJ said "See you next week." So they get to spend that much time in that house of luxury and just chilling in paradise? That's pretty awesome. I always wonder how long these challenge shows last and how much time passes between each challenge.

I think I read one time that the format goes something like:
Mon - Challenge
Tues - Elimination Challenge
Wed - Day Off
Rinse and repeat.

That might have been more of a reference to the weekly airing of the show, not that they take an actual week between challenges. That seems like way too long.
HC and I were talking about all sorts of different ways they could have done the puzzles faster/easier. Some of it (like you said with matching the blocks at the bottom) must have been against the rules. I'm sure there was a reason it was always the dudes carrying the blocks around.

Had to be. But at the top of the hill, they were just throwing pieces in at random. That's stupid...you could at least put them in order as best as you can remember, and then sort of check that when you get back to the bottom. And it's also a way to let your guy get in on helping you with it.
I mean, these idiots were just dumping their tiles out so messily that it was spilling into other peoples' piles and getting things mixed up.
I really want to know if it was illegal to write that shite down in the dirt, because that is clearly the best thing to do. Write down half the puzzle, guy comes over and memorizes half of that half (1/4), you remember your other half. Go to the top, complete that half. Come back down and repeat, go to the top and you're done.

Yeah, and they still finished 3rd, and would have been 2nd had they not mixed up a block with Leroy and Nia. Amazing that they had the right pieces to finish after switching bags with Jay and Jenna... that was pure luck to happen to have the right pieces still.
Just shows how terrible those bottom 4 girls were at memorizing that puzzle. That shite looked hard though.

I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that never in a million years did they think it would take anyone 5.5 hours to do, and even when they called it off two teams were nowhere close.
Unless that hill was a mile and a half long. I'm very certain that my wife and I could have completed that in the top 2. We could have done that in no more than 3-4 trips. several hours, yes, but not 330 fricking minutes.

Jordan wasn't really bitching about his hand. Im sure they ask him about it in his one on one interviews and he explained what he had to do. I'm normally interested in that, actually, as it's a factor.
And he seemed to be pretty good at it. Sarah sucked cock and they still should have got second.
I think the 3 best teams finished in the top 3 in this challenge. That seems pretty clear. Zach and jonna would be next, I guess, but jonna is so awful that I'm not sure. Maybe Reilly and Averey?
Wes is playing this game great, as usual. I think he wanted to send in zach but thought he would be able to come back too easily. Funnily enough, this was probably the worst possible elimination for zach. Wes really really fricked with Reilly and Avereys team chemistry and has Averey 100% in their camp now even though he sent her in. Brilliant.
Very interesting that jay and Jenna have stuck around so long. Everyone thinks they suck so they hang around, but yet they have never gotten last in a challenge, right? That's actually pretty impressive from a rookie team with a retarded girl and a midget.
Lastly, I hope Adam and Brittany win. I just like when teams win a shite load of eliminations to stay in the game. Averey is a fricking smokeshow though so that'd be cool too.

He is loosely allied with Zach, so I think he was really wanting to send in Leroy and Nia. They are going to be good anything that doesn't involve swimming. It would have been a bonus if Zach and Jonna had finished last because a matchup between those two teams would have been great and it would have eliminated a strong contender. (And also put Bananas/Nany into a legit exile matchup, but Wes doesn't know that...)

I'm not disinterested in it. But when he first mentioned it, it seemed to have sort of a "Here we go again.." vibe to it. Of course his hand is a disability, and it will come into play (and that affects things), but he loves to point out on past seasons that he can run circles around the competition with only one hand, yet he seems to complain when it hinders him. he can't have it both ways. That's what I mean.

Agree on that. And agree that he wanted to send in RoyLee. Especially based on what Bananas said last week about how Wes can't stand Leroy (and on top of that, he's really good).

Yeah I have changed my mind about Wes wanting to throw in zach after you guys brought up Leroy. That seems obvious, so I feel dumb for not remembering.
And yes Jillian was awesome plus I loved frank so that dynamic of them against their team was amazing. And Jillian was so damn cute.
Excited for tonight. Would be sweet if we got two eliminations basically.
