All of this begs the question of how in the hell Keith Richards is still alive. You could lock that guy in a roomful of crack for a week and he would stumble out a week later still going strong with a cigarette dangling from his lip.

some people just have it. Some people just have the biochem to drink or shoot anything and perform or live. Think of the George Burns way of living on steroids.
Drew can blame the producers all he wants but if he's an ethical doctor, he can beg off and say it is what it is. No damn treatment program is 4 weeks. No coed. No cellphones, no field trips, none of that crap.

Drew is a whore. I just watched his conversation with Adler after his relapse and Drew was happy with the conversation. Adler should have never been allowed into the house.

Malpractice all over it. Adler should have been kicked out the second they found all the needles.

Anyone watching tonight? Does it seem like Rodney King is the only one who is really serious about overcoming his addiction? I am really pulling for him. I would also like to see Mary Cary get her shite straight, there is something very likable and innocent about her (yes I know she is a porn star). Andy Dick, I question his seriousness but I loved him on News Radio so I hope he makes it.

I definitely agree with you. Since Rodney doesn't live the celebrity lifestyle, he isn't really tempted by going out to trendy nightclubs like everyone else. I think he is mature enough at this point in his life to stay sober.
Andy Dick has been surprisingly serious so far, as well. I saw him on Jimmy Kimmel for a few minutes last night, and he seemed much calmer than in the past. I think he is pretty depressed, but it is because he has finally realized how much he threw away from using drugs and alcohol to excess. I think that sadness may help him stay sober in the long-term. On Kimmel, he mentioned that he hadn't relapsed yet.

What I don't get about these dumbasses is why they keep going to clubs. The main thing rehab and sober living preaches is to be around other sober people and stay away from temptation. Not to have it shoved in your face.
