If they do that roast them. But until they do the moaners are the ones making his character about race
Also, of note, the most iconic of all storybook castings in the last century was one that said frick you to the source material and in this case it actually was a huge part of the characters story
Hugh Jackman

Hermione is gonna be black.
Many other various minor characters are gonna get race swaps too.
There will be casual homosexuality throughout Hogwarts too this time around.
This shite is a religion to these people, they don't care if audiences will like it or not.
It sorta seems like its a religion for you as well since you are so concerned with these things.
I would hate to see main characters sexuality changed but race wasnt a big deal in the story and sexuality wasn't explored for 90% of the students at hogwarts

Angelina Jolie in Wanted was black in the comics. That was years ago so not sure why you are still waiting.
Spawn 1997 has DB Sweeney as Terry Fitzgerald

Was supposed to be Halle Berry. Jolie was cast out of necessity not ideology.

we also had Prince of Persia starring Jake Gyllenhaal. Did you cry about that one as well?

Basically James potter isn't just a bully now. He's a very racist bully who tormented a black snape.

Haven’t seen this mentioned, but I seem to remember that all the award organizations (Oscars, Emmys, etc.) have diversity quotas now. So if you want your show to be considered for these awards, you have to diversify your cast. I know that Hollywood doesn’t really need any convincing, but this could be part of the motivation.

yours already showed when you stated this as if it hasn't happened before.

They cast this
to play Miranda Dorlac, who was the black character Melantha Jhirl in the 1980 novella by George R. R. Martin Nightflyers
Kevin Spacey's role in Pay it Forward was also black in the book it was adapted from.

Corinthians doesn’t know much about ethnicities. Every thread he tried this he looks like an ignorant, racist idiot.
