I texted Jim Clemente last night who did an excellent job on a show called "The Case of: Caylee Anthony." I recommend that as well.
He concluded that the prosecution didn't present enough to get a conviction which is exactly what happened.
He even mentioned how helpful George was in taping conversations and such. He said he is going to watch it.
I think he thinks she did it...I am very curious to what he thinks being a former FBI Profiler and writer for Criminal Minds.
Prosecutors can be shite, just like in any other profession.
By this logic, do you also think OJ is innocent?

Since I enjoyed the Amanda Knox doc, I'll probably end up watching this one, although I am more reticent when it involves kids (e.g. Susan Smith). The danger in these things is they function as an entertaining version of the defense's trial package - see Making a Murderer.
They are rarely a fair and balanced review of the evidence (even when I agree with the filmmakers' conclusion as in the West Memphis 3 films.)

watched the series...it's obvious Casey agreed to do the series under her conditions. she had strong input on what they could and could not air. not surprised because the producers knew this would be a money maker regardless of how slanted their series was. Casey suffers from several personality disorders. The DA over billed her. Casey intentionally/unintentionally killed her daughter...Casey is 100% responsible for her death.

I think it’s clear the household was 100% horrible to grow up in. Dad is a horrendous person. She is conplicit in something it’s just hard to figure out what degree. I do think it’s horrible the police put no effort into looking at her dad and the dads media vs courtroom stories are odd, and the funeral is creepy.
She tries to address the online searches - but unless there is a reason the dad was planning on killing the Caylee why would he be searching that under her profile ahead of time? That would not make sense to me. Perhaps the search history time stamps aren’t accurate?
