I still say Jesse turns evidence against Walter and the M60 is Walter going after him in witness protection.

Too much of a guilty conscious he is trying to clear and he no longer believes Walt's lies. Walt can't control him and Jesse will turn himself in over his guilt which leads to also turning Walt in.
