You forgot the best part - Badger and Skinny Pete!

I'm really glad that the Breaking Bad team was confident enough in their story that they didn't care that people would guess how certain arcs would end. Too many shows (hello there, Lost) panic and feel the need to change things up simply to be "surprising".
Totally agree. A story that follows some sort of logical arc and follows up on groundwork can be more satisfying than random twists. I was scared to death Walt would end up as a lumberjack.

Not every person. Marie didn't die. She threatened Sky so many times.
True, but after Walt's phone call to Skylar where he made sure the cops heard him confessing everything and painting Skylar as someone forced into it by a monster, Marie no longer views Skylar as complicit. Walt's death in a meth lab next door to a house full of dead Aryans certainly reinforces that idea.

Overall I thought Ozymandius was the better episode but it would have been next to impossible to replicate the emotional intensity it contained.
I think Ozymandias was probably the best hour of television I have ever seen.
Just ordered my box set and got a free "Lab Beaker" t-shirt

I shite you not right after Walt said the best two hitmen west of the MS, I turned to my friends and was like "i bet it's just skinny pete and badger fricking around with laser pointers"
and then they took their masks off and we all died...they thought I had somehow read spoilers
and when it looked like Walt would put one in his own skull, they definitely thought I read spoilers bc that had long been my prediction for the last scene

What am I going to do on Sunday nights now?
You've got:
Boardwalk Empire - phenomenal
Homeland - let's hope it's more like S1
Eastbound and Down is back and hopefully funny
Masters of Sex could be good

Agreed. The pacing of that episode was intense. When shite hits the fan, it doesn't slowly slide across a fan blade and get slung out leisurely to land on the unfortunate. It splatters immediately and hits everyone in the area.
That episode captured the "Oh shite" aspect of everything crumbling perfectly.

Also, the protagonist in the song goes into hiding because of fear of retribution, but he's drawn out of hiding by his desire to be with the one he loves. He's then shot and ends up dying in the arms of Feleena.
The song is just a parallel to the end of Walt and meth's relationship.

Flynn didn't though. He still will never know the whole truth. He still thinks his Dad killed his uncle.
Vince said this on Talking Bad as well, but I don't see why Skyler can't just tell him? Maybe not now, but down the line. What's it going to matter? Secretly say, "your dad never killed Uncle Hank and he went and took out the whole Nazi crew who did".
I mean it's going to be huge news that Heisenberg was found dead with a bunch of dead Nazis and a meth lab.

Ratings of that are going to nosedive now that BB has ended.

Why is everyone assuming Walt is dead? Did they talk about it on Talking Bad or something?
Posted on 9/30/13 at 1:52 am to Unknown_Poster
Do you think Walt wanted to kill the nazis because they killed Hank or because of the money? I think it was more because of Hank because he shot Jack when he said if you kill me you will never get the money.
Posted on 9/30/13 at 1:53 am to Large Farva
Absolutely because of Hank. Well, also because they were a thread to his family. But finishing off Uncle Jack so fast was definitely because of Hank.
