His eyes are open, he's smiling, and the cops are there. They could have taken him to the hospital. He got shot in the oblique, that's a flesh wound not a kill shot, plus it was a ricocheting bullet so it did less damage.

He's smiling because he noticed that vat he was touching was filled with rocket propellant and he was getting ready to fly out of there.

Walt's dead. The cops wouldn't have just walked past him if he was alive, dude is a dangerous MFer and his pic was definitely given to every cop in town.
I gotta thank this board for hyping up the show so much. I probably wouldn't have found time to watch every episode if it wasn't for you all. It was definitely worth it.

He's dead. Vince even said as much on Talking Bad. I don't think Vince is the sort of person to "pull a fast on" and resurrect WW just for a movie.

And BTW you say a shot to the side couldnt kill someone? maybe not an average person with an average gun, but i tend to think that an M60 to the side of a stage 4/5 cancer patient who has weeks to live would do it

loved the finale but a few quick questions
1. does anyone know where the $$ is and why didnt walt find out?
2. where is Jesse going? Vacuum guy? how much money does he have?
3. man that scene with molly and walt was a tearjerker

A couple of thoughts about Jesse.All the evidence on him,confession,went in the grave with Hank.APD knows he was riding around with a couple of million dollars.
When Jesse and Walt met in the desert and Walt tried to get him to disappear Saul said something like "You have know idea how much his Ed McMahon stunt cost". So it sounds like he Saul has some money of his.
Him driving away at the end just looked like pure happiness that he was free from that hell.
It's been a pleasure guys.

Jesse may or may not know where the Nazis put the money since he has spent the last 5 months with them. But at this point Jesse did not care about the money. I think he is happy for a fresh start.
I see Jesse going to work as a woodworker and leaving the drug world behind.
