ETA: Makes it sound like flash forward, with snippets of the shootout, and the finale having what the end result was of the shootout in the desert.

If you look at the IMDB cast for Ozymandias, it lists two detectives so they are obviously looking at the scene.

Also, it lists Tuco, Krazy-8, Mike, Gale and Jane

I see no scenario that puts Walt in court.

agreed, there's just no real evidence on him that is in the police's hands. Hank and Gomey are the only LEO that know jack, and its still hearsay.

Those Walt has always seeked to protect and defend now look at walt as the enemy. He has no one left but himself.

The last few episodes will somehow realign him and Jesse.

So basically, the next episode is going to be nothing but flashbacks.

Not sure if this was known, but Dean Norris will be a guest on Talking Bad next week. Foreshadowing a death and exit form the show?

Yeah there's no way they use one of the last 3 episodes to show mostly flashbacks

I think Walt put the poison in his cereal that morning.I can't remember exactly what transpired but I believe she let Walt in and I'm not sure how much later the kid was in the hospital.Kind of like the last episode but the kid was smaller and was on the floor in the den watching cartoons.

The episode where Jesse shot Gale ended the same way. Maybe its not a cliffhanger.

Yea. Now that I think about it I did watch the first 4 seasons on Netflix so didn't have to wait a week. There certainly have been abrupt endings in the past.

just watched the ep for the 3rd time

does anyone think that the the NNs not wearing gas masks is foreshadowing something? perhaps walt creates the gas like in the first episode and gets em all except Todd?

I'm led to believe that Hank has the only recording of his confession

What makes you believe there is a recording? They were following Walt in the Tahoe. I doubt they were recording the call.
