It is an entertaining and popular film, but I don’t think did put in the top five of all time…

Not sure I'd make it top 5 but one of my favorites.

I was very disappointed in Rob Roy though and it's been long enough that I can't remember why now. Might be time for me to revisit.

A more recent one that I liked is Outlaw King with Chris Pine from the same director who did Hell or High Water

I don’t care about this. Braveheart is a movie without fault.

No. Way too much bad editing and bad background play acting to be too 5.

Great movie. But it has flaws.

Not top 5 or top 25 of the 90s but definitely a classic rewatchable

Nothing to add, just a quick shout out to Murron (Catherine McCormack) and Princess Isabelle (Sophie Marceau)

No. But it would be in the top 5 of my most beloved movies of all time. The top 5 movies of all time do not have to be the same list as one's personal favorite movies of all time. Those can be very different lists.

I remember an interview with Gibson where he admitted he shouldn't have played Wallace, as he was too old at the time.

Patriot is better, but i like em both.

I’ve always thought of the Patriot as a much shittier version of Braveheart. Still entertaining but nowhere near the same class.
